Patients are followed prospectively via enrollment in the RegenMedPOD Patient Registry
following a regenerative medicine treatment. The types of regenerative medicine treatments eligible
for enrollment include those which involve percutaneous injection of an autologous biocellular agent
including platelet-rich plasma (PRP), fat aspirate concentrate (FAC), bone marrow aspirate concentrate
(BMAC), or a combination of these agents.
An eligible regenerative treatment area for inclusion in the RegenMedPOD Patient Registry includes ALL BODY AREAS being treated for degenerative condition and/or rejuvenative cosmetic enhancement. Popular treatment areas include scalp, facial fat pads, face, hands, breast cleavage, breast, buttocks, genitalia, skin, soft tissue, scar, wound, or musculoskeletal region such as bone, tendon, ligament, and muscle.
Patient-reported data following a regenerative medicine treatment is collected post-treatment at 1, 3, 6, and 12-months, then annually thereafter for a
period of ten years using a HIPAA-compliant server with an internet-based data collection system.
When you enroll as a participating treatment center, your providers become part of a national search on Provider Chat™,
our proprietary HIPAA-compliant chat system. This allows current or potential patients to request an internet-based chat
session from a list of participating providers without the provider having to reveal their cell phone number or email address.
Provider Chat™ ensures privacy protection for the provider’s contact information, while improving communication and information
sharing between patient and provider.
After becoming a Provider in our Patient Registry, you can link your company website to our internet-based chat system.
This allows current and potential patients to interact with you in a more secure, more private, more convenient, HIPAA-compliant manner!
